This is how the tomato sauces, jams, fruit juices, preserves, and soups of the “Conserve” Workshop come to life — a true workshop of good and fair food, operating in a facility in the hamlet of Camigliano, just a stone’s throw from Villa Torrigiani.
“Conserve” also aims to contribute to the development of the local agricultural supply chain, with products made entirely from local ingredients.

La cooking class
The Capannori Shuttle project, which promotes guided tours and visit packages of the area, includes a cooking class at “Conserve,” where you can learn to prepare traditional Tuscan dishes using surplus local agricultural produce.
